From its inception in 2004 to date, safety has been a core value in the operation and business development model of Liberty Aviation Group, Inc.  Liberty Aviation Group, Inc. developed and refined safety enhancement programs and practices which assures an unprecedented an enviable safety record in the commercial helicopter and fixed wing industry in Liberia, MRU and the region.

A key factor in enhancing it’s leadership position in helicopter and fixed wing aircraft safety is a Management System in which Key Safety Performance Indicators are identified and tracked throughout the organization by both its expatriate jv partners and experienced local management team.

This has been achieved through awareness, international standards audits, ongoing personnel and staff training, accountability, incentives and a strong focus on pro-active efforts relative to safety management.  At Liberty Aviation Group, Inc., the concept of safety in the workplace is a pre-requisite to working efficiently and profitably. From the very highest level of management on down to its trainees, commitment and accountability drive safety performance.
